Pool Booking

• Book a public pool session.
• Select a category or level (if booking adult swimming lessons).
• Select the service you would like to attend and click ‘Book Now’.
• Click continue if it is a booking for yourself. Alternatively add the number of additional people you are bringing with you for a swim.
• The online calendar opens 28 days in advance. Select the date and time you would like to book. Only ‘blue’ dates can be booked. ‘Red’ dates are fully booked.
• Click ‘no’ if you would like to make a once-off booking.
• Enter your details (your details for all future bookings will need to added in the same manner so please take care with spellings and punctuation).
• You will receive a confirmation email once your booking has been accepted – you can acces your ‘Customer Control Panel’ via this email to cancel or reschedule a booking.
  Cancellations and reschedules need to be made 12 hours in advance of your booking otherwise your booking will be lost.
